SaviorOfTheWorld.info is a privately operated website designed exclusively to provide information and service for the Henderson Production of "Savior of the World: His Birth and Resurrection". We are very sensitive to the privacy of Internet users who visit this site. Therefore, we endeavor to provide users all information regarding our identity, how we use personal information that is collected, how to contact us, and how they can access and update their personal information. We also inform users of all potential uses of this personal information. We do not use any personal information for purposes beyond those stated herein.

This site is owned and operated by Craig Martin as a service for the Anthem Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the Henderson Production of "Savior of the World: His Birth and Resurrection". Users can contact us by linking to the Contact Us page and leaving a message detailing any questions or concerns.

Personal Information: Collection and Use
SaviorOfTheWorld.info collects information from users only on a voluntary basis for those who wish to participate in the production, from those who wish to purchase tickets to attend the production, or for those who contact us directly.

Cast and Crew
In order to staff each production, we collect information in the following categories and we never disclose this information except as provided herein: name, mailing address, telephone number(s), email address, age, sex, height, weight, theatrical experience and training, and areas of interest in the production. We also collect the name and contact information for parents or guardians of minors and their permission to participate in this production. This information is only used for the selection of the production's cast and crew, to facilitate a cast member's request, to respond to a query or to verify and remind cast members of events for which they have volunteered. During the audition process, registrants can access or update their personal information by re-entering their name, age, sex and email address in the Register form on the Audition webpage. After the cast members have been selected, cast members can update their personal information by logging into the cast members section of this website.

Purchasing Tickets
For those who purchase tickets, we collect information in the following categories and we never disclose this information except as provided herein: name, email address, phone number, zip code, special needs and special group affliation of production atendees. This infomation is only used to provide tickets to those who request them, to provide attendees special needs, for reminders and information regarding the production, and to verify attendance. Zip code is used for demographic or statistical reporting and to determine marketing results.

In order to process a payment we ask for personal financial information including a credit card number, expiration date, cvv2 code and the billing address for the credit card.  However, we do not record or store any of this information in any format beyond validating and sending it directly on to PayPal for payment processing.  Once a transaction is completed we store the transaction information we recieve from PayPal in order to provide a receipt.  Specifically we store the transaction id, the acknowledgement, the amount of the transaction, the correlation id and some some validation codes for the AVS and CVV2.  None of this data from PayPal includes personal or financial information and we do not collect any other information from them.

Questions and Comments
For those who contact us through this website, we collect the information in the following categories and we never disclose this information except as provided herein: name and email address. This information is only used to facility the users request and to respond to questions or comments.

We regard all the information previously described as confidential and will not use it for any other purpose not previosly stated, sell it to other parties, or disclose it to any third party. Further, we delete this information when it is no longer needed.

This site is designed for use by U.S. residents. If you are not a U.S. resident, you can use this site, but you are responsible for making sure that your actions comply with the laws in your area. Children under 18 must also provide the contact information for a parent or guardian.

This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not condition a child's participation in any online activity. Further we only collect sufficient personal information that is reasonably necessary and only with a parent's consent. At the staffs discression we may contact parents to verify their consent of their child's participation. At any time a parent or guardian can request through the contact us link to have their child's personal information deleted from this site.
