Theme:
IN HIS HONOR - The Making of Savior of the World
Experience all aspects of the production - from rehearsals, to costumes, to technical support, to acting, to music. Everything is done in honor of the Savior. "That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father.” (John 5:23)

Length of Seminar: 2 1/2 Hours

  • Check-in 9:00 am
  • Opening: 9:30 am
  • Start time: 10:00 am
  • End time: 12:00 noon

  • The acting and music workshops will be 30 minutes in length. All youth will have the opportunity to participate in those workshops and perform a portion of the last scene of the play on stage, singing "Come Lord Jesus".
  • Participants will rotate through the other three workshops at 20 minute intervals
  • Locations of the workshops at the Henderson Pavilion are to be determined

Invited Participants:
All youth ages 12-18 are invited to attend. Youth are encouraged to bring their non-member friends. An individual is welcome to come or any size group of youth. There is no charge for the workshop. Food will not be provided and no food or drink can be brought into the Pavilion. However, groups can provide food and use nearby parks or go to nearby restaurants.

Youth with music and drama interests will find this particularly enjoyable and it should satisfy some of the Duty to God and Young Women requirements.

Henderson Pavilion – 200 South Green Valley Parkway, Henderson, NV. The Pavilion is directly across the street from “The District” at Green Valley Ranch.
